This means all short term lets in Highland now need to apply for a licence to operate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a property owner there are a number of things you need to do to be compliant &#8211; including electrical safety checks, energy performance certificates, fire safety checks, floor plans and have operational plans in place for dealing with noise, rubbish and parking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Igloo is a locally owned management company based in Aviemore and Inverness who can help with all aspects of ensuring your property is ready for the new regulations in Highland.
