We take our responsibilities to our guests and local community very seriously. Our cleaning teams are working with the ASSC Scottish Government approved guidelines to ensure that your lodge has been cleaned to a safe standard.
We know that the tourism industry has changed dramatically since the pandemic. We operate in a safe and risk adverse manner to ensure the protection of our guests, owners and team members. Self catering offers a safe place to have your holiday and our lodges come well equipped with everything your family needs for a safe stay.
Your lodge will be cleaned in line with the guidance set out and we also provide antiviral cleaning products for guest use. We respectfully ask guests to help us by removing all rubbish and food, stripping beds and placing towels in the bath or shower on departure. Let us know if you are leaving early so that the team can get a head start.
We put our guests at the heart of everything we do and our fairness guarantee means you can book with confidence. Our terms and conditions have been designed to be fair and easy to understand. We know that plans change - that's why all bookings are fully flexible and you can move your stay without penalty - if moving from off peak to peak there may be an adjustment in price.
Our booking fee is non refundable - this is a small fee which covers reasonable costs of your booking.
