The apartment has an open plan lounge, a new fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for sharing meals. Two well proportioned bedrooms, a double and a twin, and also a bathroom with tub and shower. 4 Ben Avon has all the amenities you need for a break away and is styled beautifully in contemporary furnishings.
Lots of shops, bars, and restaurants are close to the apartment. The River Spey is nearby, and it's a quick drive to Cairngorm Mountain and Loch an Eilein.
Closeby in the local area are family friendly activities such as Landmark Forest Adventure park and the Highland Wildlife Park. Throughout the Spey Valley are some incredible businesses offering river tubing, zip lines, gorge walking and much more. There are some fantastic historical sites to explore too such as neolithic standing stones and Ruthven Barracks.
With every booking you make, we plant a tree with the charity "Trees for Life" . We also supply eco products in the apartment and shop locally where we can.

Everything was just perfect, immaculate with everything you need to live home from home. We have stayed in many many lovely places but this property is top of the list. So cosy and comfortable, Location amazing as able to walk down into town but alsosee more

Really hard to find anything but only thing I could say is that the double bed was a bit small for us as we used to a king size however it was very comfortable with beautiful soft bed linen so it wouldn’t put me off going again but only slight negatisee more

The house is part of new developments just outside the town but is well located to access different walks and activities across the national park.

We had a great stay here. The apartment was very well equipped and handy for public transport & shops. It had great views and we enjoyed lots of walks and days out in this beautiful area. Would highly recommend.
