Description
The open-plan living space has an easy sophistication. A floral mural wraps the room in soft colour, while velvet sofas and leather chairs create a natural gathering point around the wood-burning stove, with unlimited logs to keep things glowing through every season. Evenings here are made for relaxation — playing games, sharing music on the piano, or settling in with a film and rich sound from the Bluetooth soundbar. Every corner feels comfortable and carefully considered, combining warmth with understated style.
The bespoke kitchen is designed for those who love to cook and host, with everything chosen for ease and enjoyment. A gas stove, electric oven and large American-style fridge freezer anchor the space, while quality cookware and serveware make preparing and sharing food a pleasure. The breakfast bar keeps conversation flowing, and the open layout connects seamlessly to the dining and lounge areas.
A solid wood dining table, set beside French doors to the garden, offers a beautiful setting for long, unhurried meals and morning light. Step outside and the private enclosed garden becomes another living space entirely — a sheltered hot tub, outdoor bar, dartboard, and relaxed seating area create a sociable atmosphere that’s just as inviting in the soft evening glow as on a sunny afternoon.
The garden also offers secure storage for bikes or skis in the shed and charging for electric bikes, making it ideal for guests who love to explore Aviemore’s trails or slopes. A well-behaved dog is welcome, ensuring no one misses out on the adventure.
Upstairs, the king bedroom with ensuite provides a peaceful retreat, while two elegant double rooms share a modern family bathroom. Each space is styled with quiet charm — soft tones, quality linens, and a sense of calm that carries through the whole house.
Outside the door, you’re moments from the River Spey, with its scenic riverside walks, renowned golf course, and easy access to riversports and the heart of Aviemore. Whether you’re here for fresh air or firelight, adventure or ease, everything feels close — yet the house feels like its own little world.
From the piano and the soundbar to the firelight and the hot tub, 18 Dalfaber Park captures the art of slowing down. Elegant yet easygoing, it’s designed for families, friends and four-legged companions to gather, unwind, and feel instantly at home in Aviemore.
