Loved the house layout was great for family and friends to catch up. The beds were extremely comfortable and the showers were great. The garden being fenced was fantastic for the dog.

A few minor snags, such as a loose toilet seat but sent details and very quick response to say they'll take care of it. Service is excellent

This was our second visit to Braeside having been there in July 2023 and it again lived up to our expectations. I do consider it an ideal lodge for late Spring/Summer/early Autumn vacations, but probably lacks the cosiness one would desire for a Winter/early Spring/late Autumn vacation, as the lounge is rather featureless with no fire or wood burner.

Also the battery powered vacuum is quite poor and does not pick up much, however, the other vacuum (Henry) is very efficient.

Fabulous house for family get together. The table tennis was a huge hit with everyone. The house was extremely spacious and with 9 people and a dog there was always somewhere you could go for quiet time. The enclosed garden was fab for dog and smaller kids. Good location for all the lovely walks in the surrounding area. Lovely cafe at the bottom of the hill along with a well stocked corner shop. Highly recommended though.

The glass doors needed cleaned, they were covered in finger prints, otherwise spotless. Only change I would make would be to add a knife block with decent knives and some comfortable outdoor furniture on the patio outside the sun room.

Nethy bridge is a lovely village with stunning woodland walks a couple of minutes walk from the house. A perfect location for exploring the cairngorms we had a fantastic time here. The only point which is extremely minor is the lack of chopping knives as we cooked in every night due to having young children with us. We would definately stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
